At times it can be difficult to know when you need a break, but it is crucial to know the signs. Knowing when to stop and recharge can be the difference between success or failure.

Allowing your body and mind to rest is important to keep your battery charged. If it feels like you cannot get enough rest to recharge your battery, it is a sign you need a break. Listen to your body.
